asit, ayn\u0131 zamanda borasis asit, ortoborik asit ya da acidyum boryum; genellikle antiseptik, b\u00f6cek ilac\u0131 ve koku gidericilerde kullan\u0131lan beyaz kristal renkli, suda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnen bir inorganik asit. \u0130lk olarak Wilhelm Homberg taraf\u0131ndan bulunmu\u015f olup, s\u00fclf\u00fcrik asidin yan \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p><p>Kolemanitten borik asit \u00fcretimi<\/p><p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de borik asit, kolemanitten \u00fcretilmektedir. \u00dcretimi Etibank yapmaktad\u0131r. \u00dcretim prosesi temelde, kolemanitin s\u00fclf\u00fcrik asit ile reaksiyonu sokulmas\u0131ndan ibarettir. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da g\u00f6sterildi\u011fi gibi, reaksiyon sonucu jips ve borik asit olu\u015fur. \u00dcretim s\u0131ras\u0131nda olu\u015fan jips, \u00e7evre kirlil\u011fine sebep olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p>Ca2B6O11.5H2O + 2H2SO4 + 6H2O \u2192 2CaSO4. 2H2O + 6H3BO3<\/p><p>\u00dcretimde \u00f6ncelikle, kolemanitin boyutu &lt;0,2 mm olacak \u015fekilde, de\u011firmenlerde \u00f6\u011f\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcr. \u00d6\u011f\u00fct\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f kolemanit, s\u00fclf\u00fcrik asitle reaksiyona sokularak \u00e7\u00f6zeltiye al\u0131n\u0131r. Bu reaksiyon 80-100 oC&#8217;de ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir.<\/p><p><strong>Filtrasyon<\/strong><\/p><p>Kolemanit asitle \u00e7\u00f6zeltiye al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra, kimyasal reaksiyon sebebiyle jips \u00e7amuru olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bu jipsin ortamdan uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7\u00f6zeltiyi bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 filtrelerle s\u00fczmek gerekir. Bu ama\u00e7la, iki a\u015famal\u0131 s\u00fczme yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130lk a\u015famada t\u00fcm \u00e7\u00f6zelti 15-20 dk. boyunca s\u00fcz\u00fcl\u00fcr. \u0130lk a\u015famadan ge\u00e7mi\u015f olan s\u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc, ikinci a\u015famada ise ba\u015fka bir bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 filterede 3 saate yak\u0131n s\u00fcz\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bu a\u015famalar sonucunda elde edilen jips \u00e7amuru art\u0131k havuzuna g\u00f6nderilir.<\/p><p><strong>Kristalizasyon<\/strong><\/p><p>Filtrasyon sonras\u0131 elde edilen kolemanit \u00e7\u00f6zeltisi, sabit bir debi ile kristalizat\u00f6re beslenir. Kristalizat\u00f6re gelen \u00e7\u00f6zelti, \u00f6zel spreylerle p\u00fcsk\u00fcrt\u00fclerek, kristalizat\u00f6re yay\u0131l\u0131r. Bu \u015fekilde, olu\u015fan kristallerin boyutu artt\u0131r\u0131larak, i\u015flemin daha verimli devam etmesi sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olur. Kristal boyutlar\u0131n\u0131n etkilendi\u011fi fakt\u00f6rler ise:<\/p><p>Beslenen \u00e7\u00f6zeltinin yo\u011funlu\u011fu<\/p><p>\u00c7\u00f6zelti i\u00e7indeki kat\u0131lar<\/p><p><strong>Besleme h\u0131z\u0131<\/strong><\/p><p>Santrif\u00fcj \u00c7\u00f6zelti kristalizat\u00f6re 80-90 oC s\u0131cakl\u0131kta girdikten sonra 40-45 oC s\u0131cakl\u0131kta \u00e7\u0131karak santrif\u00fcje beslenir. Santr\u00fcf\u00fcjde, \u00e7\u00f6zelti kristalleriden ayr\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>Kurutma<\/strong><\/p><p>Santrif\u00fcjden \u00e7\u0131kan kristaller bir miktar nemlidir. \u00dcr\u00fcn bu \u015fekilde nemliyken sat\u0131\u015fa sunulamaz. Bu ama\u00e7la, ak\u0131\u015fkan yatakl\u0131 kurutucularla kurutulmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.
