Di\u015fte plaka olu\u015fumuna sebep vermedi\u011finden di\u015f dostu olarak kullan\u0131labilir. \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcnme entalpisi endotermik oldu\u011fundan a\u011f\u0131zda ferahl\u0131k hissi vermektedir.<\/p><h3>Fonksiyon Ve \u00d6zellikleri<\/h3><p>Stabiliz\u00f6r, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kalorili tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ve hacim artt\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6zelliktedir. Bunun nedeni sorbitol\u00fcn v\u00fccuda yava\u015f emilmesi ve kan \u015fekerinin h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde y\u00fckselmesini \u00f6nlemesidir. Dietetik i\u00e7ecek ve yiyecekler, unlu mam\u00fcller, \u015fekerlemeler, rendelenmi\u015f hindistan cevizi, sak\u0131z gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde kullan\u0131lan do\u011fal bir tatland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ve k\u0131vam vericidir. \u00dcr\u00fcnlerdeki nemi b\u00fcnyede tutabilme \u00f6zelli\u011fi de olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. \u0130la\u00e7 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde di\u00fcretik olarak ve \u00e7e\u015fitli kullan\u0131m alanlar\u0131 vard\u0131r.
